- A cybertrophy concept artist should be having at least five years of drawing experience. Obviously, five years are enough to make a drawer.
- The artist must have the talent of obtaining the mood of the game so as to make the suitable sketches for the modeling team.
- Artists should be having a fair knowledge of how to draw everyday objects realisticly and in comic-style as well.
- Artists should have the ability of using reference images if needed.
- Environment artists must be having a good background of architectural and mechanical drawing.
- it is preferable that an environment artist can work with AutoCAD 2D.
- Environment artists must know well about realistic damages in the environment.
- Environment artists should know well how to explain his sketch to the gameplay scripter and the 3D modelers
- Sound Engineers should be having good knowledge of any sound editing programs
- Sound Engineers must be available when voices are being recorded at Any studio
- It is preferable for the sound engineer to have the talent of how to search the web.
- 3D modelers should have a background about 3D geometry so they can work well with either 3Ds max or Maya.
- If you haven't taken any 3D modeling courses with us then you should have at least 6 months of experience in any of the two programs above.
- 3D modelers should be knowing how to finish their tasks before deadlines.
- Voice performance should be excellent in speaking the english language.
- It is better if the voice performer has Experience in speaking different accents of English.
- Voice performers should be having the ability to adapt with the situation in the recorded Chapter so As to Ensure the quality of the voice.
